IOe24

The IOe24 is an input/output module designed to expand emergency lighting systems by enabling the integration of external signals and the transmission of system status information. It serves as an interface between the emergency lighting installation and connected external components.

The module features eight digital inputs that can be activated via potential-free contacts. This allows external conditions such as switching signals or status messages to be reliably detected and processed. In addition, three digital outputs with potential-free changeover contacts are available for controlling external functions or transmitting system status information.

The inputs are flexibly configurable and can be operated as standard contacts or current loop functions. The outputs are freely parameterizable, enabling adaptation to project-specific requirements.

Each module is assigned a unique system address via two address selectors, ensuring structured integration within the overall system architecture. LED indicators for inputs, outputs, bus communication, and fault conditions support rapid diagnostics and simplified maintenance.

DIN rail mounting enables straightforward integration into existing electrical distribution boards. For planners, the IOe24 provides a flexible interface solution, while installers benefit from a clearly structured connection concept and simplified commissioning.

  • Potential-free inputs enable integration of external switching contacts.
  • Configurable inputs enable flexible application possibilities.
  • Changeover outputs enable control of external functions.
  • Free parameterization enables project-specific customization.
  • Addressing functionality enables clear system identification.
  • LED indicators enable rapid on-site diagnostics.
  • DIN rail mounting enables easy integration into distribution boards.
  • The structured interface design reduces planning and installation effort.

The IOe24 enables structured integration of external signals into emergency lighting systems and supports the planning of advanced safety concepts. By combining multiple inputs and outputs within a single module, different system conditions can be monitored and processed efficiently.

The flexible configuration options allow adaptation to a wide range of requirements, including the integration of switching signals and status messages. This creates a versatile interface within modern building technology infrastructures.

As the module is fully integrated within the electrical distribution system, it has no impact on architectural design while providing extensive technical functionality in the background.

The IOe24 is designed for DIN rail mounting and complies with common electrical installation standards, allowing easy integration into existing distribution boards.

The clearly structured connection layout simplifies wiring of both inputs and outputs while reducing potential installation errors. Address selectors ensure that every module can be uniquely identified within the system.

LED indicators for inputs, outputs, bus communication, and fault conditions support commissioning and enable rapid verification of correct operation. For installers, this means efficient implementation, simplified troubleshooting, and reduced coordination effort during installation.
