EGM-823
Product information "EGM-823"
The EGM-823 input module is designed for detecting switching states within emergency lighting systems. With eight galvanically isolated 230V AC inputs, light switch and circuit breaker statuses can be reliably monitored and transmitted to the connected system controller. This enables centralized processing of switching information and integration into the control logic of the emergency lighting installation.
Through switch monitoring, the module enables coordinated switching of emergency lighting and general lighting. This allows defined lighting scenarios to be implemented throughout a building while making efficient use of existing switching states.
Installation is carried out via DIN rail mounting, supporting space-saving integration into distribution cabinets and technical operating rooms. Bus connectivity enables integration into compatible CPS SibeProfi Lean, CPS SibeProfi and CPS SibeProfi E30 systems.
By combining galvanically isolated inputs, bus communication and a compact design, the EGM-823 input module is ideally suited for applications where switching states must be reliably detected and integrated into centralized emergency lighting systems.
- eight galvanically isolated inputs enable secure monitoring of multiple switching states
- switch monitoring simplifies coordinated control of emergency and general lighting
- centralized processing of input signals supports structured system concepts
- bus connectivity enables integration into existing emergency lighting systems
- DIN rail mounting simplifies installation within distribution cabinets
- the compact design reduces space requirements within technical installations
- galvanic isolation supports reliable and interference-free signal transmission
- multiple input channels enable monitoring of different switching circuits
The EGM-823 input module supports the integration of switching states into centralized emergency lighting concepts. By monitoring multiple circuits, lighting functions can be incorporated directly into the system control logic. This facilitates the implementation of structured control and monitoring concepts within public, commercial and industrial buildings.
Its compact design enables space-saving integration into existing electrical distribution systems. At the same time, bus communication supports centralized processing of relevant status information and contributes to a clear and organized system architecture.
The EGM-823 input module is designed for DIN rail mounting and can be easily integrated into existing distribution cabinets. Its compact construction with six modular units supports efficient use of available installation space.
The eight inputs allow monitoring of multiple light switch or circuit breaker states within a system. Thanks to galvanic isolation, signals can be reliably detected and transmitted to the system controller. Bus connectivity simplifies integration into compatible emergency lighting systems and supports efficient commissioning without the need for additional complex control components.
