EGM DPÜ 2

The EGM-DPÜ2 bus voltage monitoring module has been developed for monitoring power supply networks within emergency lighting systems. The device monitors the general power supply for undervoltage conditions and provides the relevant information via the data bus. This allows power supply disturbances to be detected at an early stage and processed within the connected emergency lighting system.

In addition, the bus monitoring module performs switch monitoring and enables coordinated switching of emergency and general lighting. This ensures that switching states can be reliably detected and incorporated into the system control logic. Integration is achieved via the existing bus line, supporting structured implementation within established system architectures.

DIN rail mounting with a width of three modular units enables space-saving installation inside distribution cabinets. Integrated configuration options allow voltage tolerances, response times and return switching times to be adjusted according to specific project requirements.

By combining voltage monitoring, switch monitoring and bus communication, the EGM-DPÜ2 is suitable for emergency lighting installations where reliable detection of power supply and switching conditions is essential.

  • undervoltage monitoring enables early detection of power supply disturbances
  • switch monitoring simplifies coordinated control of emergency and general lighting
  • bus communication enables centralized processing of relevant status information
  • DIN rail mounting simplifies integration into existing distribution cabinets
  • adjustable voltage tolerances enable adaptation to varying network conditions
  • configurable response times support project-specific requirements
  • adjustable return switching times enable customized behavior after power restoration
  • the compact design reduces space requirements within electrical cabinets

The EGM-DPÜ2 supports the integration of power supply monitoring and switch monitoring within centralized emergency lighting systems. By detecting network and switching conditions, safety-related functions can be incorporated directly into the overall system logic. Bus connectivity supports a structured system architecture and enables centralized processing of status information.

For planners, the device provides the ability to integrate emergency and general lighting within a shared control concept. Its compact design supports space-saving integration into technical infrastructures and distribution systems.

The EGM-DPÜ2 is designed for DIN rail mounting and can be installed in a space-efficient manner within electrical distribution cabinets. Its compact construction with a width of three modular units facilitates integration even where installation space is limited.

Integrated inputs for power supply monitoring and switch monitoring allow relevant operating conditions to be detected directly and transmitted via the data bus. Adjustable voltage tolerances, response times and return switching times enable adaptation to different system requirements. Structured integration into existing bus systems supports efficient commissioning and reduces the effort required when implementing emergency lighting installations.
