BSV 24V OP MPS

The BSV 24 V OP MPS is a safety power supply system specifically developed for operating lights in medical facilities. The system ensures reliable power supply for LED and halogen surgical luminaires and supports uninterrupted operation even during disturbances or failures of the general power supply.

A key feature of the system is its automatic bypass function. The output voltage of each operating light circuit is continuously monitored. If a fault occurs within a regulator, the system automatically switches the affected circuit to bypass operation. At the same time, the fault is clearly indicated and reported. Defective regulators can be replaced without shutting down either the complete system or the affected circuit, supporting continuous operation in critical medical environments.

To stabilize the supply voltage, switched-mode regulators are installed within each outgoing circuit. The output voltage can be adjusted individually for every operating light, allowing voltage drops in cabling to be compensated and supporting consistent illumination performance across connected luminaires.

Integrated microprocessor technology continuously monitors the charger, battery system and mains supply. Automatic testing routines, comprehensive diagnostic functions and integration capabilities for building management systems support reliable operation, transparent system supervision and efficient maintenance throughout the system lifecycle.
