ASKELLA 20 KS

The ASKELLA 20 KS is a panel luminaire for marking escape and rescue routes in buildings. It is designed for wall or ceiling mounting and is therefore suitable for typical installation situations in corridors, staircases, and circulation areas. Its clear design allows the exit sign luminaire to be integrated into various building types while supporting clearly recognizable escape route guidance.

The housing made of sheet steel in white RAL 9016 combined with an acrylic glass panel creates a slim, reduced appearance in the space. This ensures that safety signage remains discreet in everyday use and integrates into different architectural environments. The included pictogram set enables adaptation to different escape directions and supports flexible project planning.

The luminaire is available for both central battery systems and self-contained battery operation and can therefore be integrated into different emergency lighting concepts. Thanks to this variant structure, the exit sign luminaire can be used both in new construction projects and in the modernization of existing emergency lighting systems.

The design supports clear escape route marking within the building and enables a consistent solution for different mounting locations within a project.

  • wall and ceiling mounting enable flexible positioning along escape routes
  • the panel design ensures clearly visible exit signage
  • the included pictogram set enables quick adaptation to different escape directions
  • availability as central or self-contained battery version simplifies integration into existing emergency lighting systems
  • the clear design reduces visual clutter in corridors and public circulation areas
  • the consistent product structure simplifies planning and tendering within larger projects
  • the stable sheet steel construction ensures a robust solution in building applications
  • the simple system integration reduces coordination effort between planning and installation
For planners and architects, the ASKELLA 20 KS offers a functional solution for escape route marking with a discreet design. The slim panel luminaire integrates into corridors, staircases, and public circulation areas without dominating the architectural overall appearance. Thanks to wall or ceiling mounting, the luminaire can be flexibly positioned along escape routes.

The clear design language supports a consistent appearance within a building. Especially in office buildings, educational facilities, or public buildings, the exit sign luminaire can be unobtrusively integrated into the spatial concept while maintaining clear escape route marking.

For installers, the ASKELLA 20 KS provides a clear and structured installation concept. The luminaire is designed for wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted installation and can therefore be installed at typical mounting points along escape routes. This allows escape route marking to be implemented without complex installation work.

The included pictogram set simplifies adjustment of the escape direction directly during installation. Changes during the project can therefore be implemented quickly without requiring additional components.

Availability for central battery systems and self-contained battery operation enables flexible integration into different emergency lighting concepts. This allows the luminaire to be used both in new safety lighting installations and in existing systems.
