LPS smart2 Si IP66

The LPS smart2 Si IP66 is an emergency lighting power supply system designed to supply emergency luminaires within a fire compartment in accordance with DIN EN 50171. Thanks to its high protection rating, the system is also suitable for demanding environments and areas with increased requirements for equipment protection.

The system is based on lithium battery technology and provides a long-life, maintenance-optimized energy supply. A key advantage is that no additional technical ventilation is required, simplifying integration into technical rooms or protected installation areas.

Individual switching of emergency luminaires during normal mains operation allows targeted control of individual luminaires. At the same time, integrated circuit and individual luminaire monitoring functions provide transparent system supervision and support structured fault localization.

Multiple systems can be networked via Ethernet (TCP/IP) and an integrated Modbus interface, enabling integration into higher-level building management and monitoring systems.

The unit is designed for wall-mounted installation in a robust sheet steel enclosure. For planners, it offers a decentralized solution with a high protection rating, while installers benefit from a clear system structure and reduced installation requirements.

  • The high protection rating enables use in demanding environments.
  • Lithium technology enables a maintenance-optimized energy supply.
  • The elimination of technical ventilation enables simplified integration.
  • Decentralized power supply enables installation within individual fire compartments.
  • Individual luminaire switching enables targeted control of specific luminaires.
  • Circuit monitoring enables transparent system supervision.
  • Individual luminaire monitoring enables precise fault localization.
  • Networking capability enables integration into building management systems.

The LPS smart2 Si IP66 expands planning possibilities for emergency lighting installations in environments with increased environmental requirements. Thanks to its high protection rating, the system can be deployed in industrial facilities and technically demanding areas where additional equipment protection is required.

Its decentralized architecture supports clear separation into fire compartments and enables structured system planning. At the same time, networking via TCP/IP and Modbus provides the flexibility to integrate multiple systems into higher-level building infrastructures.

As a closed wall-mounted solution, the system remains outside visible architectural areas and does not influence the overall building design.

The system is installed as a wall-mounted unit within a robust sheet steel enclosure and is suitable for a wide range of installation environments. The high protection rating reduces the need for additional protective measures during installation.

Lithium technology eliminates the requirement for technical ventilation, simplifying installation and reducing infrastructure requirements. The structured system architecture supports organized wiring and helps minimize installation errors.

Integrated monitoring functions allow direct verification of system performance during commissioning. For installers, this results in efficient implementation, clear system integration, and reduced coordination effort throughout the project.
